2011 Ruby Lips

18% alcohol. Port style wine. Ruby in color. A three grape blend of three obscure varietals: Ruby red, ruby cab, and black malviosie give this wine its ruby color. With aromas of caramel, dried fruit and aged brandy. Flavors of figs, dried apricot and roasted nuts. Pair with savory foods, roasted walnuts and bleu cheese.

2011 Cabernet Sauvignon

From our Estate H1 vineyard, our 2011 Cabernet reflects the elegance and balance seen in wines from this cooler, wetter growing season, which produced wines of subtlety, great flavors, and pronounced acidity. The fruit on the nose is black cherries and berries, with black olive and sweet toffee cream. The flavors carry over and are interwoven with a thread of great acidity on the palate. Tannins are soft, leaving the wine ready to drink with minimal aging.
