  • Zoom! In-Office Whitening System. Many busy professionals and people with hectic schedules choose the revolutionary Zoom! System because it is fast and very effective. It takes just over an hour to dramatically whiten your teeth in our dental office. You’ll be delighted at the dramatic improvements and how convenient it is to improve your smile.

  • Bleaching trays. These are custom-made to fit the mouth of the individual patient. Patients take the trays home, filling them with a whitening compound and wearing the trays over their teeth for a specified period of time until the desired level of whitening is achieved. Every few years touch-ups may be necessary, depending on if you smoke or drink beverages that can stain the teeth such as coffee or cola.

Keep in mind the whitening agents work only on natural teeth, so if you already have veneers or tooth-colored fillings that are discolored, your natural teeth will stand out after whitening.

Alternatives to Teeth Whitening

In cases of severe tooth discoloration, teeth whitening procedures will not be as effective as in cases of moderate yellowing or staining.

Sometimes a patient may be better off choosing an alternative cosmetic dentistry procedures instead--porcelain veneers or composite bonding.
